Returns

TQ Hobby will only accept any new and unused merchandisein the original, unopened packaging within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. Returns will be for in-store credit or a partial refund to the original payment method. Any refund to the original payment method will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. Original shipping charges and rewards points used for these purchases will not be refunded.

TQ Hobby Shop is not responsible for return shipping orany fees associated with return an item, unless the item shipped is found to beincorrect.

Warranty Service

For defective products please contact the manufacturerdirectly. Manufacturers warranty their own products directly with the consumerand TQ Hobby Shop will not be responsible for handling warranty issues.

MANUFACTURER SPECIFIC WARRANTY DETAILS

Maclan, Viper, Xpert & G-FORCE

Any Viper, Xpert & G Force product is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days in the US. Hobby Authority Distribution (HAD) is responsible for all warranty services of G Force products purchased from an authorized G Force USA dealer. Your original receipt showing the item, the date and place of purchase is re-quired with your warranty service application. The warranty is not transferrable. If you feel that you have a warranty case or need a trade-in program, please use the HAD RMA form here

Tekin

Warranty andService Procedures: Warranty: 120 Daysfrom date of purchase.

Hobby Shops andDistributors are not authorized to replace units thought to be defective ordeemed not working.  All warranty workmust be sent back to Tekin service center accompanied by a legal sales receiptand a return authorization number assigned by Tekin. Please visit the website, www.teamtekin.comchoose the service department link on the top of the homepage and follow theinstructions. Items returned claimed as warranty without thecustomers’ proof of sales receipt and service request form will becharged as non-warranty service or replacement. Items sent without documentswill not be serviced until proper forms have been received.

Gens Ace

Return / Exchange Policy

Gens Ace will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. To get contacted to our workers, you can mail to info@genstattu.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number for the return and purchase insurance through carrier. We do not accept responsibility for lost packages. We do not reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition within its original packaging.

Our return and exchange policy is very simple. If the item sent you is defective when you received the shipment from us, you can report to us by email for the options to return, exchange, or require a refund. Request for return or exchange and report(s) of missing or damaged goods must be requested within 30 days of receiving your merchandise(s). We are subject to only one return per item. We reserve the rights to entertain requests received thereafter.  Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receiving the item.

Returned merchandise must be received by us first before we will process and ship out any replacement products or refund the customer. We suggest using a reputable shipping carrier that provides proof of shipment along with tracking information. In the event that a returned package does not make it back to us, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of merchandise throughout the process. 

Shipping and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable; because we have paid the shipment organization to send the shipment and they will NOT refund the postage cost back to us after the delivery has been processed. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to send a product back to our facility. For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we will ship out replacement for free (we pay for the replacement shipping cost) and will not charge additional shipping and handling fees. 


We reserve the right to exchange, replace, or refund merchandise to its customer and not refund money if we deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form.

Hobbywing RMA Service & Warranty

HOBBYWING North America (HWNA) offers a manufacturer's limited warranty for the products purchased through HOBBYWINGdirect.com | FalconSEKIDO.com or our Authorized Dealer Network in North America. All products distributed through authorized retailers have a 'FS authorized dealer label' on the product box. All of our RMA service is performed in Los Angeles, California. HWNA is NOT responsible for cause and effect mentioned in any email or conversations through online chat, online forum such as rctech.net, rcuniverse.com, etc.

All Hobbywing products are covered with a full repair/replacement warranty for 180 days dated by the original or copy of the original sales receipt within North America region (USA & Canada). HOBBYWING warranty covers all failures that result from material or workmanship defects. It does not cover misuse, abuse, intentional or otherwise.
